Digipen Institute Of Technology ( Singapore ) Student Game Project - Gero Pero

So finally I present to you Gero Pero! :) A student game project I was so fortunate and blessed to be a part of :) My role was the art lead, User Interface and environment artist. I will be lying to say that it was smooth sailing all the way but I am glad that i was given the opportunity to lead and experience the entire pre to post production pipeline. The first hurdle for me was adapting to the custom engine made by the programmer students but it turned to be a plus as I was able to learn a little bit and it gave me more creative freedom to beautify the scene, it also helped to lift the load off the game designers as well. The second hurdle was living up to the expecatations as this was the first time I ever was an art lead but I learnt how to communicate better and work more efficently through it :)
