The Risen King

I think it is always good that artists experiment with different art styles . So previously for one of my school assignments I did a full blown illustration in the style of heartstone. Hence for practice, I wanted to try to do 4 illustration card pieces in that same style. It was really fun to see how they simplyfy and use such contrasting colors to make characters which naturally are dark and gritty, and put a modern and interesting spin to it. Hope to push out the remaining 4 illustration in the next few days so keep your eyes peeled :)
