The White Knight

So this character design is suppose to be inspired by inaimate objects/ everyday objects, so i chose a chrysalis :) So the properties of a chrysalis is to protect the insect i think? so thats the main function which i used to create an armor design with all the patterns and texture bumps on it as well. I wanted to make it look more man made so i referenced armor designs from monster hunter and ended up with this :) really had alot of fun designing this guy :)
